How the School-Sponsored Tenure Project Carves Paths to Equity in Academia
Founded by the duo, Wharton Prof. Wendy De La Rosa, W’11, and Foster School of Business Prof. Esther Uduehi, GrW’21, the Tenure Project offers a supportive environment where junior faculty are welcomed and engaged in programs, events, and dialogues that address the important issues affecting Black, Latinx, and Native junior faculty obtaining tenure in US business schools.
