Selecting a Print Vendor

Below is a list of vendors who provide diverse and competitively priced options for custom printing, including University-approved templates.

Maximum Graphics

Maximum Graphics is the sole source provider for Wharton standard business cards and stationery, including envelopes, letterheads, and memo pads. Staff and faculty can work through their business managers and purchase through the Penn Marketplace for easy ordering.

The University also has additional preferred providers you can work with for your printing needs.

Campus Copy Center

Campus Copy offers a web-to-print client ordering portal for custom digital, offset, and large format printing; copy and binding; and free local pick-up and delivery. Set up an annual purchase order with Campus Copy to be billed for your anticipated printing costs, or create a “house account” to be billed on a monthly basis. Paying by Pro-Card should only be used in emergency cases.

University Copy Services

Located in Houston Hall, University Copy has been covering a broad range of printing needs, specializing in corporate identity, for 40 years. Orders can be made through their online portal.
